I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Media Studies and Production at Temple University’s Klein College of Media and Communication. I serve on the faculty of the Media and Communication Doctoral Program, the Cultural Analytics Graduate Certificate Program, and the Science, Technology, and Society Network, and I am a member of the steering committee of the Data Sciences and Artificial Intelligence Network and an affiliate of H.U.B. (Helping Understand Breakthroughs) for Public Engagement with New Technologies and Scientific Advancements. I also serve on the executive editorial boards of the Journal of Applied Communication Research, Digital Society, Philosophy & Technology, and the Harvard Kennedy School Misinformation Review, as well as the editorial board of the Journal of Responsible Technology.
