About Amina
As an ethnographer, I am interested in algorithmic infrastructures, invisible frontiers, and access to health/oncology care in Morocco. I am curious about how "systems" are put in place, why, and how people do things, especially in spaces characterized by imperial durabilities. I am currently finishing my PhD at the University of Cape Town where I am a doctoral Research Fellow at HUMA-Institute for Humanities in Africa.
